GET MONEY CHICKS is a fast-paced, coming of age story that will keep you on the edge of your seat. Anna J. is known for the provocativeness of her novels and GET MONEY CHICKS does not disappoint. The story is told from each main characters point of view, so when drama goes down, it is interesting to see how Mina, Shanna and Karen size each other up. Anna J. does an excellent job of giving each character her own voice, so as you are reading the words you know whose point of view you are reading. Although the subject matter is different from her previous two novels, GET MONEY CHICKS is the perfect introduction for Anna J. in the urban fiction genre.
