Smooth operator and security CEO David Price sets out to protect the sexy, smart, and saucy Sugar Owens from her husband, who happens to be a powerful religious leader. Sugar isn't as sweet as she appears, however, and in a twisted turn of events, the preacher man turns up dead and Price becomes the prime suspect.

Security firm CEO David Price is single, successful, and enjoying all that life has to offer. But his life is sent into a tailspin when the sexy and mysterious Sugar Greer asks for David's protection. Sugar leaves out some key details about her predicament and leaves David in the dark. Against his better judgment, David accepts the assignment but may soon regret it as he becomes a target of a corrupt inner city religious organization. Things get messy when the preacher turns up dead and David is the prime suspect. Will he be able to clear his name?

One Dead Preacher is a captivating novel by Tony Lindsay. Lindsay masterfully created an intriguing story filled with dramatic twists and turns. You will feel the uncertainty of David as he takes on this suspicious assignment. The wonderful character development, plot, and surprising ending will keep readers glued to the pages. This author did a wonderful job of putting together a great mystery novel. Hopefully, we will see more of David Price in the future. One Dead Preacher is engrossing and widely entertaining.
